I appreciate the services provided at the pharmacy but unfortunately staying at the pharmacy for 2 hrs or longer to get done with the appointment and payment is a long time. In my opinion the pharmacy was more than just busy. The employees were quite helpful and calm but I guess the appointments should be distributed more fairly. I spent 50 mins waiting standing without a chair to sit down. More over visitors should be in line by their appointment time if they keep their arrival time properly. It is not just that I arrived 15mins prior to my appointment and another visitor who arrived an hour before his appointment would go in for his appointment before. Otherwise why do we have an appointment time? Thank you for taking the feedback in consideration and hopefully for keeping appointment timings more organized and at a reasonable waiting time.
