Too long waiting times for Dr. Ethel Felice...

Message system worked well, we got an appointment quickly.

We've been going to St Catherine's Pharmacy for years and have never had anything to complain about. This time I would have appreciated a quicker reply, even though I'm sure they're very busy with doctors and their clients and customers in general.

Waiting for appointment over one month. I know is busy but it's not professional from doctors side.

They phoned to tell me that there was a cancellation and if I wanted to accept the slot which I did.

St Catherine's replied immediately. The actual purchase was a bit challenging, however we managed in the end.

Very helpful staff! Dr. Muscat is a wonderful doctor who's always provides a solution.
